Packages are shipped via Ground Advantage with USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3-8 days. We are not responsible for any carrier delays of your order. 

We currently only ship in the USA. Please reach out, support@sylvanclaw.com, if you live elsewhere and are interested in sylvanclaw lacquer! We are currently gauging interest and capabilities in expanding shipping areas. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you received a shipping confirmation on Friday or before a holiday, your order may not leave our hands until the end of the next business day.
