Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please send an email to support@sylvanclaw.com within 30 days of delivery date.

If you want to return any items, please include your order number and the items you wish to return. After the item(s) have been received and inspected, we will refund you via your original payment method. 

Items can only be returned for a refund for the price paid after promotions or discounts have been applied; shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Collection Sets must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit! Please ensure you package your return items carefully.

Our team reserves the right to limit or deny returns to prevent abuse of this policy.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
