Orders and Shipping
Help! I need to cancel or change my order.
No problem! We can cancel or modify your order as long as it's not already been shipped out. Please contact us immediately at support@sylvanclaw.com!
How long until I receive my order?
Normal processing times are between 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 5 days for processing times during a collection launch week.
Our shipping carrier estimates between 3-8 business days to deliver the products to your door. Shipping time may vary depending on where you live and carrier delays.
If you suspect your order has gotten lost in transit, please email us at support@sylvanclaw.com so we can help to get things sorted.
Why can I not see my tracking when I open the tracking number?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
My products arrived broken!
We are terribly sorry this happened! We always try to package orders with the utmost care in order to help ensure safe arrival to you. While we are not responsible for a carrier's mishandling of a package, we are more than happy to provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at support@sylvanclaw.com with any details and pictures within 14 days of delivery so we can get this fixed for you!

Are you vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! We absolutely do not test our products on animals, nor do we buy from suppliers that do. We also do not use any animal or insect derived pigments in our products. We opt for synthetic versions instead.
Are your polishes toxic?
Our products are made without the following potentially harmful ingredients: formaldehyde, toluene, dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene.
